Find the Right Starting Point for Your Care The White Butterfly Discovery Call is a brief consultation designed to determine whether our practice and approach are the right fit for your needs. During this conversation, we will discuss your primary concerns, answer general questions about our services, and recommend the most appropriate next step based on your goals. This call is intended for individuals considering becoming new patients at The White Butterfly Clinic. Please note that this is not a medical appointment and does not establish a physician-patient relationship. Medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, medication changes, and treatment recommendations are not provided during this call. Your Investment If we mutually determine that The White Butterfly Clinic is the right fit for your care, the full cost of your Discovery Call will be applied toward your first qualifying clinical service, including an Initial Evaluation, Comprehensive Assessment, or another physician-recommended service. Your Discovery Call is not an additional expense—it is an investment in beginning your care with us. Scheduling Policy Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Discovery Calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future services. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for other scheduled appointments. Important Information The White Butterfly Clinic does not provide emergency or crisis services through Discovery Calls. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or have thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
