In this 60-minute visit we’ll create a symptom map (mood, sleep, vasomotor, energy, focus), review evidence-based options (behavioral, lifestyle, and medical), and build a clear next-step plan. You’ll get a 1-page summary for you (and a clinician letter for your OB/PCP), plus guidance on labs/meds when appropriate. Clinical care is available to clients physically in FL/CA. Clients outside FL/CA receive education/coaching and a coordination letter for their local clinician.
