Cancellation Policy
Scope & licensure: 18+ only. Clinical services available to clients physically in FL/CA; elsewhere, services are coaching/education. Medications & labs: Coordinated with partner pharmacies/labs; we do not ship medications. Emergencies: If you have thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 988 or 911. For urgent medical issues, seek emergency care. Rescheduling: ≥24 hours before appointment. Packages expire per plan details. Non-transferable. Optional FAQ: Do I need a diagnosis? No—many clients start with coaching; we add clinical care in FL/CA when appropriate. Do you work with pelvic floor PT/OB/PCP? Yes, we coordinate with your team. Can this be discreet? Absolutely—no details are shared without consent.
